Looking for a Studio / 1-Bed Apartment in Barcelona or Badalona – Long-Term

Hi! I’m looking for a studio or one-bedroom apartment in Barcelona or Badalona, available from mid-January 2027, for a long-term rental. A little about me: I’m 40 years old and Romanian, and I recently moved to Barcelona after living in London for 10 years. I work as an SEO Manager for Click&Boat in Barcelona, with a permanent full-time employment contract and a gross annual salary of €60,000. I also have savings and can provide proof of employment, income and financial stability if required. I’ll be living on my own. I’m tidy, responsible, quiet and respectful, and I always take good care of the place I live in. I’m looking for somewhere I can settle and genuinely make my home rather than a short-term rental. My budget is up to €900 per month. I’m looking for a studio or one-bedroom apartment in Barcelona or Badalona, ideally within easy walking distance of a metro or train station. A small terrace or balcony would be a big plus, although it isn’t essential. I’m looking for a long-term rental contract and would particularly welcome the opportunity to rent directly from a landlord/owner.
